Overnight shipping may be available upon request and approval.

Wig & Bundle Orders

All wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals are sold as described.
Lace customization, coloring, bleaching, plucking, and styling may slightly vary due to the handmade nature of units.
Inventory is limited and not guaranteed until payment or deposit has been received.

Deposits & Holds

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain units or preorder items.
Deposits ensure the selected unit is held specifically for the customer and helps guarantee product availability.
Failure to complete the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation.

Payments

Full payment is required before any order is shipped or delivered unless otherwise discussed.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
